About HCE Facilities

HCE Facilities provides reliable commercial cleaning across Essex and Suffolk. We work with offices, managing agents, landlords, developers and accommodation providers, delivering regular cleaning contracts and one-off specialist cleans.


Our services include office and workplace cleaning, communal-area cleaning, post-construction and builders cleans, end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning and short-term rental changeovers. Every service is planned around the site, required standard and operating hours to minimise disruption.


We are fully insured and take a practical, hands-on approach. Clients get clear communication, dependable attendance and regular quality checks on ongoing contracts.

Based in Colchester, we cover locations across Essex and Suffolk, including Tendring, Manningtree, Harwich, Ipswich and Woodbridge.
